There are 2 designs on this file.  They are not personalized but can be personalized for an additional cost.  The bags that fit this printable can be found in the craft department of Wal Mart or hobby stores.  They are jewelry bags that measure 3"X4".  In my opinion, they hold the perfect amount of goodies if you're making a lot of Valentine's!  

Here they are assembled.  Pretty cute, huh?
